With our good start to the season, which player has surprised you the most?
For me, it’s Jak Alnwick.
Last season, he didn’t impress at all whenever he got a chance.
But this season, he has been mostly brilliant. I don’t know if some of that is down to the new goalkeeping coach.
Yes he has made the odd mistake and his distribution is sometimes lacking, but in general he has proven himself to be a solid goalkeeper.
Deservedly keeping Alex Runarsson out of the team.

Jak Alnwick 100%
It was Ollie Tanner, but he is not consistent and got me home backwards again.

I do agree with previous comments but for me it has to be Perry Ng.
Before this season I had him down as a solid player but that's it.
This season, for me, he has become the first name on the teamsheet. In fact I would go as far to say that, if he hadn't been injured, then we would have beaten Norwich at the weekend.

Jak Alnwick by a mile.

Ollie Tanner for me.
Always had ability, but didn’t think he’d do well this season!
Yes he’s still a bit inconsistent, but there’s been a lot more good things than bad!

I agree with you, Paul. Perry Ng is Premier League-bound at current trajectory IMHO...
