Anastasios Bakasetas midfielder, who's wages which i posted yesterday are not a problem!
And lastly we have
Salih Ucan, midfielder


As long as there are no earthquakes or sunamis, come January there will be 3 new players, and I believe there will be more!

One of my friends up here is a Trabzon supporter. Just spoken to him and he believes they will be gutted to lose Bakasetas.

I think he got quite hurt with all the criticism last time.

Great if it happens. Its clear Bulut wants more creativity in the centre of midfield and the more quality players we have there, the more we won't have to rely too much on Rambo.

Still find it hard to believe though. The current Greece captain who is worth €10m online and a player from Turkey worth €5m. Along with Moore that's a big expense. The foreign guys still have 18 mths to run on their contracts too.

I'm not saying those sums are what they are gonna cost us, its just so unlike CCFC to spend in this way...very very surreal!!!

I'm not getting involved with this one. (Yet).

Self proclaimed Guv has named names. To me that's a stark improvement on the hearsay (guesswork) previously. His credibility might go from absolutely zero to a few above.

So me saying that Moore was coming in the Summer was a guess it was what I was told, and now Bulut has said we tried to get him in the summer, and it went down to the line, if Bournemouth could have got the striker they were after then Moore would have been our player!

You queried our signing of Acorn under Malky as 'one for the future'.

From memory he was around 19 at the time and we paid an eye watering £40 million for him! Scandalous that one

I can only assume that these players coming in are not on loan. We already have our full quota of loans for the season so they must be full blown inward transfers.
In the case of Moore he has only had 14 minutes play throughout October & November and since 4th November has not even featured in the Bournemouth match day squad which suggests that yes it is a done deal for 1st January.
With Ucan he is under contract so its likely that a reasonable will be needed this is more so with Bakasetas as he is the club captain.
Lets look at the background City are due a payment from Bournemouth in January so the net out lay for Kieffer is not likely to be much more than £1.5M. The other too are likely to require a total of £5-6M at least so an out lay of around £7.5M, ouch you all say! The other part of this situation is that the Club has had a major settlement from the insurers involved with the Sala transfer (likely to be at least around £10K). The other factor to put into the equation is that the club has not spent anything on transfers since Summer of 2022 (Embargo).

I think it’s pretty obvious now that we were in fact desperately close to signing keiffer in August and by the way Bulut is speaking it a virtual done deal he’s coming in January

The other 2 I have no idea about but even though Bulut is being very cagey again I think by his tone he is confident of a couple of other “big” signings coming in

We are building a very good squad all of whom will be under contract for next season. Even if we don’t reach the playoffs this season we are going to have a strong, strong team for next year

I also expect at least 4 or 5 players to leave in the next window maybe even more

my take onloans is we do not have a full quota for the season...i thought we can have more but only 5 included in the match day squad....if Keiffer comes in i dont see ugbo in th e squad likewise with panzo, i can see him going back to Forest
