Erol Bulut on the injured players: "O’Dowda & Ramsey”

Bulut has Collins and Grant back after Suspension and not allowed.

No other injuries other than usual 2 below.

Bulut has been very fortunate that 95% of the squad have been available for the league games.

Bulut also says he’s very happy with his 9 New players he brought in this Summer.





Erol Bulut on the injured players:


“Ramsey he’s getting stronger and fitter, hopefully we will get him back on the pitch soon.”

"O’Dowda, I saw him running next to us today! I was surprised! I hope before the new year that we can get at least one of those guys in”

“I won’t rush both of them back, they are running well.”

In 20 League and Cup appearances Ramsey has only made 6 appearances for Cardiff City this season.

O’Dowda In 20 League and Cup appearances this season has played even less, just 4 appearances.

Good to know both O'Dowda and Ramsey will be returning in a month or so.
I had a feeling that regular injuries to Ramsey in particular may become a problem when we first signed him.
Despite the pair of them probably being my favourite players in the squad as far as being creative and influential; they are both susceptible to injuries. (often for long periods)
It wouldn't surprise me if one or even both got injured again before the season is out.
Therefore, if this keeps happening, we can't be too reliant on their presence and questions may have to be asked on their value to the squad in the longer term.

Exactly what I was thinking ,
Ramsey wat an amazing player but it’s just gonna be injury prone , feel for him ,
We need players in who we can know will play whole season ,
Odowda another class player again but is this why he was free.
And will probably have people saying don’t be so negative but that’s the way it is , need reliable players

Cant argue with Ramsey's injury record but I think its a bit unfair on O Dowda. He may have had some problems in the past but last season he was virtually ever present.
