Go on Erol give it to them, for the first time since Warnock we don't have a manager who is "grateful" for the opportunity. After 20 odd games, he has enhanced his reputation in the ultra lucrative "English" game.

That was a veiled back me in the transfer market or I am off statement.

I doubt their fans would be happy with a guy who has "only" taken Cardiff City to mid-table, but he is not a lower leagues manager either and our board know that.

Now there's a thought...if Erol Bulut was daft enough to go work for the serial sacker at Forest...!

I have no doubt that he will go on to bigger things at some point. Whether that’s a PL club or a bigger club abroad (maybe even a return to Fenerbahce).

But I think he will be with us for a few years before that happens.

Done a very good job with us already and has had no money to spend yet.

So far this season has exceeded my expectations, the same goes for most realistic fans.

I hope we trigger the extension and think we will.


When/if he does leave, important that we build on the foundations he’s created with the next manager.

Never worried about Managers leaving us. We mostly have to pay their contracts up. If he goes - best wishes there are plenty of fish in the sea. Don’t be desperate and give him a long contract.
