"I hope and I think next week, Callum will start slowly training with us, from what I know from the medical department. So, when he can start (playing), I think the middle of January. He needs a few weeks to train with us to get to the level, physically, and his conditioning. If it's earlier it will be much, much better, but I think middle of January.”

Because as I’ve said many times and often get pelters for my opinion - the medical staff are too full of their self importance and try to justify their jobs and have a nanny approach. If they were both running last month - and the manager confirmed this - why the huge wait until next month at the earliest? I expect more pelters coming my way.

I always take the view with injuries that the players will be back when they're back as everyone recovers differently.
