Tan has Had NO contact with Erol regarding funs or plans for January.

What a lot of us now are seeing with this bad run is that we still have a lot of crap onboard.

We need to first get some results over this Christmas period. I think its crucial to our season. We need to be in and around the top ten if Bulut is to be backed well. My fear is if our miserable form continues the hierarchy will have no appetite to do much come January.

But we keep hearing the same old story players dead wood, players need to ship out etc We need two years , we need to settle.
Nearly 14 years of the same old story.

Why do we keep signing crap?

Where are all our amazing young players that we were suppose to have ?

Personally No less than 7pts , but really 9pts from 12pts.

lets be honest, out of the summer signings this year, how many would he have actually been aware about, he would of known who Ramsey is, but let's be honest the likes of Grant, Bowler etc would of been a board signing. the three he choose, was Goutas, Siopis who both are quality, and fantastic signings. the last one would be Runarsson which hasn't worked out so well.

but let's be honest he is spot on in terms of this is a long term plan, to come to a new country, to manage in a new league, under an embargo, and totally change a philosophy isn't going to happen over night, we've played awful the past 2+ years, and fans sort of accepted its where we are as a club, but 4 or 5 bad games under Eroll, and now everyone is saying maybe he should go. same fans who were fully behind Sabri who was dreadful lets be honest.

I didn't detect any enthusiasm from Erol for staying next season

Yes, indeed...

The negativity has crept back in quite quickly and all because Erol Bulut and his revamoed team with major players missing has actually been more successful than we thought until these last few games...

We clearly need fresh blood in certain areas but this rolling bandwagon of negativity (most assumption and guesswirk) is nit helping...

We are much better off this season than we wete last, so let's get behind our club, manager and players over Christmas and January will take care of itself...

Only then can we truly judge the 'ambition' of club, manager and players...

EB isn't going to make the Morison signings any better. Buy cheap buy often and have we done that lately in search of the one super bargain.

I believe last years championship was the worst in recent history, a lot of "bigger" clubs cut back too much hoping that there would be three worse than you at the end of the season and the smaller better run clubs over-achieved. We simply have too many L1 and L2 players in our squad and the transfer ban hindered any attempt to get championship-quality players back into the club.

I think we have about 10 championship players Ramsey, Goutas, Siopsis, NG, Ralls, O'Dowda, Grant, Robinson, Bowler, maybe McGuiness where we need about 18 with one or two potential premier league and a few promising kids.

We need four or five out and three starters in, but that's hard at Christmas.

The manager is learning this brutal league, he played at a very high level but never in the English system so it's probably a shock, but I am sure he will get it.

We don't want Vinny to interfere but moan when he is not around and it has been stated many times that Dalman is the point of contact this season.

Same old bs from the fans. With bulk of the negative comments are probably coming from people who don't even go down on a Saturday or the ones that do are sat there moaning after 5mins
