Steve Cooper has proved himself to be a great success as a manager .

His team management , his style of play , his handling of the financial side ….buying and selling …..as well as success on the pitch….are all pluses in his CV.


On top of that , I believe , his dad Keith is a Bluebird at heart (am I wrong?) … if so ….then the likelihood is that Steve would be the same.


Irrespective of anything … the bottom line is that in my opinion …. Steve Cooper should be a very serious candidate to become our manager ….. when the need/situation next arises.

Agree with you completely Annis, one of our own and proved his can get out of the Championship with limited funds.He even got to the playoffs twice with the Jacks! I’m still gutted we turned down another local boy,John Toshack who went on to manage the best club side in the world Twice!

Had a great conversation with Keith cooper today great guy.Spoke about his boy i said hed make a great city manager one day .Keith wouldn't admit he was a cardiff fan he said he was fond of us although im certain he is a Cardiff fan soon as i said Steve should be our manager one day the smile on his face was wide.
Great knowledge of the game Keith always good to talk to him .
Was great on real radio and gtfm before he quite .
He mentioned palace as a possible next destination for His Son.
Pontypridd lads the two of them he had to go to Swansea why wouldn't he that aside i think one day hed be a good fit for us.

Couldn’t agree more, Bulitts a decent enough manager but a rookie in this division and it’s taken him by surprise.
City are losing a lot of games on the touch line. Cooper would take this team to a different level.

It's not going to happen for a few years yet, but never say never, back bulut tho, the two players he's brought In with siopis and goutas are arguably two of our strongest players on their day. Back him through two windows and see where we are at.
