Paul Abbandonato:
So, from what I was told recently @CardiffCityFC are hoping to bring in up to 6 players in Jan (Kieffer, two good centre mids, possibly a winger, CB & LB).
A few have to be shifted out to stay within FFP but these changes would alter whole dynamic

In regards to who needs to go out (obviously easier said than done due to contracts and a club actually wanting them etc) I would say:
Rinomhota
Sawyers
Adams
Vontae Campbell
Evans
Luthra
R. Colwill ( I am a big fan of RC but I think its time to move on )
Thats a few centre of the park players but if we were seriously in for Bakasetas and Ucan then it will balance out?

Everyone of them but Rubin Colwill for me.
I said at the time Adams came from Forest Green was not good enough, I was as usual slagged down.
Kieron Evans needs to leave for good and join a League 2 club.
The others just clear them out.

How many chances has Colwill had? He’s nowhere near Championship level, probably league one at best. Time for him to move on.

Could say the same with Robinson at the moment.
Personally I think colwill and Robinson are championship players. But for some reason struggling with form. Although apart from the Hull game I thought rubin did ok and against Birmingham he was slagged off chronic when he was the only1 trying to do something creative

Whoever leaves and comes in my hope it's done at the start of january not at the end
to many games to slip by.

Colwill not good enough ATM. Needs to drop down and play week in week out.

I would get rid of Agbo too, to be honest

How easy will it be to get rid of the deadwood if their contracts don't expire till later next year at the earliest ?

Unless big money Ruben going nowhere....he is starting for me to show his quality more he is playing. Colwill has to stay

Couldn't agree more. It is so annoying waiting ages for the transfer window to open, only to have to wait the best part of another month for last minute business.
I just hope the club has a few new additions already lined up to join us early January..
Finally, I think the time is well overdue for Rubin Colwill to be loaned out to a league one team to gain regular first team action for the rest of this season. He's just not improving by being sat on our bench season after season. Although, I still think he has potential to be a good player.

funny enough another Journo has said the same thing, 1 young turkish player is one, Kieffer another, (around 6 in) and don't be surprised if Robinson is sold,

No wonder it is not a happy camp and performances not so good, they all know they're going to be replaced!

I guess if he were to lose the dressing room it doesn’t matter if they are going anyway !!
Bulut is correct though. Years of underinvestment in the squad means we need a much better class
Of player if we want to push on.

Not long now ...Before that window opens

If we bring in another 6, that’ll be 15 players this season. And it was 17 last year. 32 in two seasons is enough to confirm it’s virtually a new squad.
If the 6 arrive can we dispense with the usual crap of “ this squad has struggled for the last 3 seasons and needs to learn to be positive” when we lose a game or 2.

I wish we could sign 6 class players but I cannot see the club shelling out for 6 quality players.
If we do get them we could get into the play offs and sneak into the Premier League. Would Tan then sell?
