Well maybe they should get on with it then rather than investigating & reaching a conclusion about smaller clubs that don't have wads of cash to hand out to the powers that be.

But I would point out that the Premier League have already charged them. The delay is because of the independent committee who will rule on it.

Man City are paying a lot of money for their lawyers as well, and they have needed time to go through every charge.

So the delay is not the Premier League’s fault, they’ve done their bit.
