Its like the Bale rumour again

I have got the feeling that the Bakasetas "rumours" will end up going down the same route as Bale.

Linked the whole window, name mentioned in online articles and social media and a big hype because he's obviously a great player - only for the window to shut and we not get him.

This isnt a negative post but just an observation that we are all looking for him to sign but theres a possibility that he doesnt. We cant get caught up in this one player all window and then start to point fingers about whose fault it is if he doesnt come like we all did with GB

Hopefully there'll be incomings soon but whoever it is I'll support them 100%. Bakasetas or not

Like most, I'm just waiting for news to break that we've signed someone. I'm too long in the tooth to get worked up about potential signings that may or may not come to fruition. Yes, there used to be a frisson of excitement when we were linked to a quality player but nowadays it's a case of what will be will be. That way you don't feel disappointed if the speculation comes to nothing.

You club tend to get linked to players that don't always come. It's not going away.

Stewart, what you say is a fact; and (some) people need to understand that whilst much talk of 'deals' is initially genuine, things change rapidly, as will be spelled out on here soon...

Go on any clubs fans forums and you will see exactly the same as here.
Very few at any club have ‘inside’ knowledge so I just enjoy the fun of the ride !
Atleast we have real hope of a decent window now we can pay for players again.
