Transfers or not

Tue Jan 09, 2024 2:31 pm

Just got a feeling the transfers we want to happen won't. I can see most of them will come if at all towards end of window which means struggling and losing for another month. Moore, would you come to cardiff if Leeds came calling I don't think so, don't get me wrong I'm not all doom and gloom but it looks like the window is gonna be like other windows deals done on last day which doesn't help us we need players of better quality now. Matter of urgency CB, better LB, CAM CM ST and Wing.

Just be patient.

You say struggling and losing for another month, but we only have two more games this month.

We also won our last league game. Only lost one league game over the Christmas period and that was against top of the league.

9 days in and all we hear/see is the rumour mill in overdrive again….

According to the Press on Sunday Bakasetas signed for Besiktas on a 2 & 1/2 yr deal, Monday there was no deal!!!

There’s been more clubs added to the list for Keiffer.

We’ve been told that certain deals were more or less done and we’d see new faces…. We’re still waiting… seems like said deals haven’t been done, main question I have on it is this… Tan has said to EB he will provide funds, is Tan just playing the game of say what they want to hear?? Is EB getting said funds??

This is where the FAB will come in handy, yes the supporters groups get to put views across/ get info straight from the board but seems at the moment we’re all in the dark with a tired squad and Leeds coming calling on the weekend

People who think our transfer dealings should be wrapped up by now are being incredibly naive. We're just over a week into the transfer window and as has been the case for some time, the club tends to keep things close to its chest until everything is finalised. We've been 'gazumped' in the past so I applaud the club for this change of tack. We know in all likelihood the recruitment team will be working with Bulut to bring in new players so it's just a case of being patient.
