Erol Bulut will be able to bring in new players with the wage bill drastically being reduced with a number of players already going out Ugbo and Panzo already.

Both players were brought in by Bulut as loan players last Summer on high wages.

Eli King is also set to be sent back out on loan.

Updated:

Ugbo has Signed a termination agreement with Cardiff before it was ratified by his parent club, French outfit Troyes. The Canada international is now free to move to Sheffield Wednesday.

Cardiff City striker Ike Ugbo is poised to join Sheffield Wednesday.

The Bluebirds striker scored three goals and provided one assist in his first four games in a City shirt, with supporters hailing it an inspired signing. Admittedly, the goals were from close range, but you have to be in the position to score them. His lay-off for Josh Bowler's goal on the opening weekend against Leeds United also showed his composure, too.

City will once again reduce the wage bill.

City want Kieffer Moore from Bournemouth and have held talks with the Premier League club, while reports in Turkey gather at a pace regarding Fenerbahce and Turkey front man Umut Nayir.

10/01/2024 Returns Jonathan Panzo - Returns to Nottingham Forest after only 4 appearances.

Panzo was one of Erol Buluts 9 New Signings last Summer.

That’s big wages of our bill.

I prefer Etete, but I’m still not sure he’s good enough either.

Erol is reducing the wage bill drastically to be able to offer Moore the wages he’s already getting.
Moore wants to come asap.

Re: Cardiff City Striker leaving:

It’s been clear for a while that Erol doesn’t trust Ugbo.

So I’m not bothered that he’s leaving. Scored a few goals early in the season but has done nothing else.

What I will say is I don’t think we would have sent him back unless we were confident another striker was coming in.

Big wages saved on Panzo and Ugbo.

I get the feeling the transfer window is about to get interesting for us.

Hopefully.

He has scored a few goals but let’s be honest contributes virtually nothing else

Won't be missed in my eyes. Said at the start of the season to a few people I know that once his goals dry up what does he offer and has proven as much in my eyes.

Kalvin Phillips their No.1 target this window... :ayatollah:

Card off pushing the Turkish Striker story to get the Moore deal moving imo. Turkish guy was on the bench for Fenerbahce tonight, came on half time and played 45 minutes...

Bulet said he wanted the business done early but clearly not possible.

Don't wait for Moore, we can't go through another window without getting a recognised striker in!

Next to join them and off the wage bill will be talks over loan agreements. Arsenal keeper Alex Runarsson

To be fair, Ralls is quite reliable from the spot.

Cardiff City can confirm that ES Troyes have today recalled Iké Ugbo.

The forward made 22 competitive appearances on loan with the Bluebirds, scoring four goals.

We'd like to thank Iké for his efforts, and wish him well for the future.
