GRANT AS A STRIKER !

Toshack was spot on yesterday to be fair. I think we should put grant in as a number ten.

Toshack clearly hasn't seen him play for his previous clubs then, because his most prolific season was playing off the left at Huddersfield.

When we signed Grant on loan, the main takeaway from Huddersfield and West Brom fans was that he just doesn't work as a striker despite looking like he has the tools to succeed there. Both teams tried with poor results.

I don’t know where the myth comes from that Grant was better at other clubs when he played as a striker.

He struggled at West Brom playing as a striker.

Huddersfield fans say his best position for them was by far as a wide player.
