New Brewery / Finally Cheaper Alcohol / Self-Service / City Legends / Outside Marquee / Big Tv Screens / Loyalty Cards


At last Cardiff City’s Contract with the Brewery runs out this season ( Not the caterers Compass ).


Coors Brewers Limited, later known as Molson Coors Brewing Company (UK) Limited have done a deal with Cardiff City.

1.There will be Nine New Bars inside the CCS.

2. Each Bar will have a New Theme after a Cardiff City Legend.
First Bar will be called “The Peter Whittingham Bar”

3. The other eight Bars the Cardiff City Fans will be asked to name.

4. Plus inside the stadium will be Self-Service pumps.

5. A Marquee over towards Sloper Road open from 11am with Cheaper Beer etc and large Tv Screens if City get the License of the Police.

6. Loyalty Cards for drink

7. Budweiser/ Coors etc



All this won’t cost Cardiff City a penny, if all goes well and licenses are given etc everything will be paid for by Coors Brewery.


Apparently Police would prefer fans here earlier and less fans in Canton and The City Centre.

Brilliant news, about time we had a new contract. The drinks are so overpriced in CCS.

Also said for a long time that there should be more going on outside the stadium so this is all very positive.

Good news they've been tied to Scottish and Newcastle (Heineken) since the compass deal finished a few years back .

I have always thought we needed some sort of "fan zone" outside the stadium and the marquee could be a start

Good news about having new bars in the stadium. Hopefully cheaper decent beers.
It would be good to see some local brewers involved not just national brews.
This should have been done from the beginning of the stadium.

My personal preference would be 11 bars around stadium each named after a Legend in that position.
The fans can pick names from all decades.

Prefer go to a proper pub in Canton.. those pubs rely on match day, rather give the trade to them than someone who doesn’t provide a service to the community.

All good for us. Things in the stadium have got a bit stale.

Cant argue with that. Proper pubs, proper beer and cheaper prices

What a shame this is the top topic on the forum about the bars etc instead of we have signed someone nothing wrong with the bars drinks etc but it would be better to have had a headline of a new signing
