As we approach the fifth anniversary of the loss of Emiliano Sala this Sunday, our thoughts are with his family and friends.
We are determined to seek justice and bring our claim against FC Nantes to a conclusion, so that the rights and wrongs of those involved can be scrutinised. In particular, we seek answers on the involvement of unauthorised football agents in the transfer.
Independent steps have already been taken by the Prosecutor in France, to hold FC Nantes accountable for its use of unauthorised football agents, resulting in an indictment.

Confirmation of three or more recent statements issued by the Trust on the subject.
The club has received far too much undeserved flack over their involvement in the tragedy compared to FC Nantes. As a Trust we are an independent organisation quite happy to criticise our club`s actions when they do wrong but we have no hidden agenda so will also support what they do when they do it well.

Hopefully at least get our transfer fee back , get the agents in prison the plane owners too and also justice for Sala's family .

Sadly, financial punishments apart, I only see moral victories where the main culprits are concerned...
