.....name your replacement, with the case of how they'll do a better job.

Exactly, we can’t keep this revolving door of managers without dealing with the root cause of the problem. Sack
The
Board

The reality is we'd end up with Purse.
Funny thing is that those who are saying he should go, were saying at the start of the season they expected us to be fighting relegation all season. So he's actually done better than they expected....

One of the many reasons we’re close to FFP, constant turnaround in managers and the accompanying compensation payments.
Not Buluts fault the board won’t sanction any transfers

Either Purse or Chesterfield. Happy f*cking Saturday.
Excuse my language.

Spot on, I thought we would be battling relegation and am pleasantly surprised by the start we've had albeit lately has been atrocious. Hopefully bulut gets backed before the window is over otherwise it feels like deja vu

I’ll tell you if and when I’m invited to interview the candidates. As always there will be many managers who will apply.

Knowing our board, they'll go for Flynn who was just sacked by Swindon.

Ted Lasso would be a good replacement. Worked wonders at his last club on a shoestring budget and won the fans over with his attitude and personality.

This has nothing to do with buluts management, there’s a bigger problem with the owners
And if bulut doesn’t get what he requires , then boom he’s gone and we r proper fucked

Of course it’s to do with his management. It’s not all of the problem, but on pitch it’s all about him and the players and he’s failing badly.

I've wanted Bulut to succeed since day 1 and I'd still love it if he could turn this awful run around.
But...aside from Ugbo and Panzo (who didn't figure much if at all), Bulut is working with the same squad of players now as he did at the start of the season.
For the first 2 1/2 months the squad did really well, created chances, scored goals, were hard to beat, we pressed...but over the last 2 1/2 months they've been the opposite. We now roll over when we concede, don't create and can only score from a corner. This is the same group of players.
I know fatigue comes into it and u need strength in depth but how come teams like Preston, Plymouth and Coventry etc stay consistent? Are their squads really so much more superior to ours? I don't think there are, it's all about how they are managed.
Our manager has got to take a lot of the blame here. The results have been really poor for a long time and that doesn't have anything to do with promised transfer targets over the last week or so.
If he can quickly turn this around then great and I really hope he can.
Otherwise...Alex Neil or Gary Rowett please. Both got the likes of Preston, Sunderland, Birmingham and Millwall punching above. U asked for names, there u go!

Same squad, not the same team. And after Ramsey was injured, some of our away victories were fortuitous to say the least. He lifts players around him to another level.

Darren purses barmy army
Maybe not.

Nathan Jones die hard City fan who motivates vans gets the very best out of players.
Sun Jan 21, 2024 4:53 pm
Let’s have a protest for sacking a manager who has lost the changing room .
How does that work??
Darren Purse couldn’t be any worse ?
Sun Jan 21, 2024 4:56 pm
Cooper surely is the obvious answer.

Wow… we really do shoot for the stars
Also, why Giggs? No real proven record.
People still don’t understand this squad isn’t a championship side doing badly, it’s a league one side slightly overachieving because of Bulut.

Yeah motivated Stoke and Southampton to glory. Have a look at both their squads when he was there. Both were infinitely better than ours and he was run out of town pretty quickly.
I wanted Nathan before Bulut but we have to be honest his only success is with a small, back against the wall over achieving club and we consider ourselves well above that.
Some want to protest as we are mid table playing shit football.........

Must be plenty of other foreign managers we've never heard of managing in European leagues with little or no success who have no experience of playing or managing in this country who we can appoint.
Perhaps Dalman has a few more mates who fancy a go.
