But its not simple. Who would buy him? He would have to drop leagues quite considerably so I doubt they would match his wages, so he is just going to sit here for another 18 months.

I actually like Etete but he cannot play upfront on his own. He cannot win headers or hold the ball up great but is a better player as a front 2

For what its worth, I agree with you. He is still developing, but would like him to work harder when out of possession.

Softest footballer I have ever seen Runs around like Bamby ice. 23 now and people say he’s developing he could be 103 never make a centre forward and that’s being kind.

Developing into what ? Just what are his quality, has no pace , can't win a header , can't hold the ball up and protect it , gets knocked over like Bamby ,never makes any diagonal runs . But most importantly couldn't hit a cows arse with a shovel.Great potential my arse!

he's soo frustrating to watch, he doesn't actually press from the front, against leicester, he stood still and watched the 2 defenders like 5 yards ahead of him pass the ball back and forth to one another. he also cannot hold the ball up, goes down far too easy, for a tall target man he seems to struggle. more often than not, he's one of the first subbed off which says it all. i think if we do get a striker in this jan, we should look to loan him out, can't imagine anyone wanting to buy him, but a league one team in the lower half of their league might want to take a punr

I said from day one that Etete is a lower league player / striker.

I got slated once again because Dalman / Glen Williams made out in their headlines Spurs player Signing for Cardiff City, I stated then he had Never kicked a ball for their first team and in fact played for Notts County, Northampton and Cheltenham as a Striker and did not do well.

But Glen Williams Sensationalised him like so many other signings and that’s what has been happening.

When u get something for cheap or for free 9/10 it’s other clubs carbage there are good strikers out there but u must pay we won’t pay we always bumming round scrounging for freebies embarissing considering owner is billionaire can’t spent 10 million to improve his club
