Just feel we need a managers reign to include a period with no transfer restrictions as that leads to cheap options in loans , that in turn restricts the managers ability to deliver. The Rambo purchase has in my opinion been had a negative effect, and no team can deliver without a striker .

i really don’t know how to feel.. i do know that Erol knew the position before he joined.. since Coventry home our whole style of play has changed .. he does not seem to have a plan B.. he hasn’t seeemed to be able to spot problems during game and make changes. to rectify… he is feeling the pressure of poor performances and results … has he lost the players ??

If it appeared Erol was becoming dismayed in recent weeks, he certainly confirmed his feeling now.
He came to Cardiff with view of 'changing things in a positive way'

Despite original pledges by the board when he was offered the job, this has failed to materialize.
He's 'not happy about many things' and will have to decide about his future at the club.

I guess a few players he had lined up to join us a few weeks ago failed to materialize as Mr Tan and the board either were not prepared to finance the moves, or lacked ambition.

It seems pretty rare that a manager speaks so openly about his frustrations in public. As a result, I think he will be out the door earlier rather than later.

Surely we can't continue to function with free and loan signings. What chance would any manager have of success with this scenario. It has to be a matter of time before relegation becomes a reality, possibly next season, if we avoid it this time.

My guess is that we will see a couple of 'panic' signings, possibly in the last few hours of the transfer window. Possibly loan signings with players who join us now, only to leave us in May. I can't see the likes of Kieffer Moore or players of a similar level wanting to come to a club with our current issues.

I expect to see a poor second half of the season, despite the eventual return of Aaron Ramsey to add a few touches of class to what has become a poor side.

As for Mr Tan, he will only sell the club when he's ready. If the fans can be bothered, perhaps some serious demonstrations may help to push him to find a new owner, but he's a rare visitor at our club these days and I'm not sure he's too bothered about the feelings of the fans.

All i can say is what a mess .since the rebrand and the death of sala the club has been in position of stagnation and who its understandable.
Tan doesn't seem to be able to move the club forward and out of this position we find ourselves in.
He feels he deserves money back from nantes and others for the terrible death of Sala .I think he has a case but he cant seem to trust anybody to manage us and the money has dried up completely.
None of us really no how all this feels but Tan is obviously upset hurt etc .
He's spent years fighting his case and to be honest if he feels that way who can blame him .
The fact now is the club is in a real mess of stagnation and we need to be in a position where we can change things up and move forward.
Im not saying forget sala none of us will it was such an awful thing to happen.
I do feel for Tan he did put a lot of money in but in another way i despise him for the rebrand and many other things.
Its a mess now at our club and i personally feel he should sell up i feel he is only here to prove one thing and thats the sala case .
I think he is in a position now where he will not stop until he gets the decisions he is seeking and fair enough.
Problem is cardiff city football club is suffering all the bitterness frustration and trust issues has filtered down to the pitch.
It hasn't felt positive here for many years i think many people have tried to change things up but it always comes back down to the start again.
We are stuck thats how it feels stuck no cogs turning.
I think the manager feels that frustration now .
None of us really no what it feels like to be Tan i wouldn't want to swap with him .
For me until the court hearings are all exhausted out Tan is here to stay and this doom will carry on .
I cant see it any other way .

I think Bulut is feeling the pressure. It's clear that Tan isn't offering an extended contract, and on recent performances you can't blame him. Also looks like there is something not right in the dressing room, that he can't put right. Also some deals may have not gone out way, the club can't really be blamed for this. I think Bulut's limitations are showing and have been noted by the board, he's now spat the dummy and is trying to engineer getting the sack and a pay off. Tan won't pay him off, so I think we're in line for another stand off until the end of the season, where the club, manager and players will go through the motions.

Bulut is no doubt worried about his reputation and ability to secure other jobs. Whether that’s down to failed promises, his inability to motivate or his ability to cope with championship football.

Possibly he underestimated the issues in bringing in players during a January transfer window and is now panicking as expected signings have failed or are dragging on.

I think he’ll be gone tomorrow, he wants out and Tan won’t put up with a manager making such a statement.
