First and foremost I think Bulut needs to stay. We need stability with the club and Bulut needs to stay long term and the board to support him.
I do believe the loss of Ramsey in the starting lineup has had an effect on the overall quality and confidence of the team and has gradually been reflected in our performances especially of late.
My biggest concern though is the insistence of playing out from the back !! It worked OK against Plymouth yesterday up until our goal. Once Plymouth went a goal down they pressed us like every team does and ultimately helped them into winning the game.
When we play out from the back we are under pressure straight away from most opposing teams and end up losing the ball in our half. This is the reason we are not scoring because we barely get out of our half and thus cannot create chances, and without chances you will not score goals.
We have a great target man in Meite to hit the ball from a goal kick and an even better one if we could pull off the keiffer Moore signing.
Change the tactics and stop playing out from the back !!

I dont like the constant playing out from the back. Its nice when it works but more often than not it doesnt. You gotta keep the opposition second guessing, wondering what your going to do next. With us, every team knows exactly what we aregoing to do every time.
Reminds me a bit like the previous Fulham manager, Jokanovic. They'd be 1 nil down with 1 minute to go but still they'd play it out from the back. It was like you are not allowed to score unless uve accumulated at least 20 passes.

We can't launch it as we have no centre forwards who can win the ball.
We can't give it to the wingers to beat their man to whip a cross in as they can't beat their man and prefer to be inverted to cut in so can't deliver a cross, any goals have come from diagonal crosses (NG, Wintle or Ralls) in on second or third phases of possession
We haven't got the space between the centre half and full back for Colwill to exploit as our centre forwards are slow off the mark and are not very clinical
not sure what we can do except try to strangle the game to death, keep it tight and nick a goal from a set play
Its a poor L1 sqaud

We need better players.
This club can’t go back playing hoofball again, it’s depressing.
I rather we lose whilst trying to play football, than lose whilst looking like a rugby team kicking for field position.

We do have someone to win the ball. Meite is excellent at it and holding it up with his strength

We don't need to play hoofball just mix it up a lot more.
We do need results though so 3 points is more important than the style. It needs to be changed to suit opposition

Virtually abandoned it yesterday after we almost got caught out early in the game.
Every goal kick after that went long.

Your last but one paragraph sums up the managers approach to every game home and away and against every opponent top of the league or bottom.
