HAS BULUT LOST THE DRESSING ROOM??

Mon Jan 22, 2024 8:16 am

I post this at a point that officially Bulut is still the manager!

For the best part of 2 months the team's performance has fallen off a cliff, players that were delivering the goods have suddenly lost their form both as individuals and as a team. we have gone from a an ever improving side which was shaping up for a charge at the playoffs to a team that cannot defend the simplest of attacks, a team that cannot hold its own in midfield and an atttack that cannot hit a barndoor with a bag of peas.
We have had a variety of strange team selections, substitutions that made no sense at all and Bulut issuing public criticism of the players. It does not help when Bulut is publicly talking about some specific players he would like to bring it to the club.

SO I PUT IT TO YOU HAS HE LOST THE DRESSING ROOM :banghead: AND INDEED THE TRUST OF TAN AND DALMAN :banghead:

Don't think that's the case. Possibly lost bodies in the dressing room though.
Unbelievable short on any quality at the moment. Bar 4 players it's the same team level as last year.

Many players are not happy with his tactics, he's also stifled our creative players like Colwill by not playing them in positions tey would be more effective Rubin(10), Grant (9) I've seen him constantly on Bowler's back during games aswell. There is certainly lots of unrest in the camp.

I am still 50-50 on Bulut.

Because we always keep blaming the manager , The problem lies with Hierarchy end off.

We won’t get better than Bulut under this Regime.

Tiredness of players and I think Buluts tactics recently need to be called into question also I have heard he's very home sick his family are not with him here but I think if we get the 5-6 bodies in he will do well , I don't blame the club for not giving him a extension yet hes not happy about that coz he will not move his family here but his recent out bursts are a bit unprofessional.

Agree with Wez on the tactics. It's crystal clear that whatever our style/gameplan/formation is, it's ZERO PERCENT effective. You can counter with the quality of squad, injuries etc etc... but we are absolutely no threat unless it's a set piece.

If someone who never saw us play asked "what's your style?", how would you answer?

I Totally disagree agree Wez.

Bulut deserved to be given an extra year and when Tan / Dalman we’re all behind Bulut guess what so were you.
Stop saying the Club, the club is ours.

Your mates are the caretakers and Tan / Dalman are not backing him so far as promised and that’s why Bulut is upset as well as not knowing his future.

Same old story , the Circus continues with the Clowns in hiding.

The tactics have not been great lately, but the type of players he has available to him are not up to much, Strikers like Etete etc

The problem is under these Clowns you won’t get a better manager.

Just can't see anything good about bullut...where is he better than Morrison?..he sucks confidence out of the team...seems to me this team as downed tools for at least the last 2 months :

The team are not up to pushing on thats the bottom line. We are a mid table side under him with this squad of freebies ( better than last season obviously). He's stated unteen times he wanted 5 to 6 players in for the start of the window and that's not the case nore will it be the case imo. So when he walks or gets the boot because this squad aint up to it then the next person will come in and it will be more of the same with the same squad a few wins then people will turn on the manager agter a few defeats. Same old shit. When imo its the clowns in the board room who keep spinning there yarn to managers and the fans. It's them who need f*cking off but who's got deeper pockets to do that. That's the main thing atm. :bluescarf:

Excuse after excuse, Our latest manager was promised backing and has been speaking out more and more.

Dalman played us like a fool yet again.

I’ve already said week after week that Dalman even conned me and at least I admit it.

All the clowns have to go and your best mate the Head of the Circus is killing our club and our fan base.

Funny you don’t stick up for Tan on FB only on here.

Just admit finally these clowns are not good for our club.

Bulut is the best out a terrible lot that we’ve had in years.

Tiredness of players, yes Wez I can accept that but tactics…. Umm no, EB can’t change things around as he hasn’t got the players to make changes, there is no depth to the squad anymore. The team sheet for the past 3 months has been the same 15 main players.

The players and manager can only take so much blame, this is the boards own doing and the only people to get us out of this mess now is the board either by doing as promised and backing EB or accepting their business model is sh!te and packing up and selling us before we sink 50 odd places

Never ever changed my mind on Tan ever a fact.

As to Dalman once and that was because he ousted Tan and blamed him for the last few yrs.

I have held my hands up that Dalman conned me, but never again.

Yes the difference is you back Tan NO matter what he does good or bad.

Why should potential buyers pay for Tans lawsuits??? Sell the club at a reasonable asking price not one inflated on issues that are nothing to do with the sale of a club

I personally feel that the constant mentioning of Transfers/TransferWindow has been a factor in poor performances from the squad.

Re: HAS BULUT LOST THE DRESSING ROOM??

Mon Jan 22, 2024 7:14 pm

Don’t think Bulut is as good as people saying. The drop of the performances is alarming. If he is homesick , we’ll go home.

Re: HAS BULUT LOST THE DRESSING ROOM??

Mon Jan 22, 2024 8:04 pm

We don't know if perhaps there are more experienced players using his apparent homesickness as a tool to cause disruption if they are not playing or being out of position.
End of window is racing toward us and me personally would like to see one player out if what I'm told is right.

Re: HAS BULUT LOST THE DRESSING ROOM??

Mon Jan 22, 2024 9:09 pm

They are just not good enough.... We got away with the last 2 seasons !!!! Lucky Sory Kaba and Reading stopped us being relegated

Here last season
Alnwick
NG, McGuiness,Collins,Romeo,
Ralls,Wintle, Ronomhota,Sawyers,Adams, Colwill
Etete,O'Dowda,Tanner,Robinson

Additions
Rambo,Goutas, Siopis, Miete, Bowler ,Grant

We are mid table because we scrapped up from a L1 squad, but we have so far to go

We can't keep on giving the board a free pass, how we mutter FFP with that squad is beyond science fiction
