BULUT NEEDS TO THINK BEFORE HE MAKES STATEMENTS

Bulut has created a right shitstorm with his interview on Saturday. That conversation should have been in private between Bulut, Dalman and possibly Tan.
In shooting his mouth off in public it only makes matters worse. All this has a destabilising effect on the Team, the Club, potential transfers and the Fans and has created far more problems.

My plea to all concerned - Talk to each other and work as one for a better environment for everybody. Only make statements if there is any facts to say

I agree entirely.

On the flip side we've moaned all we've had over the past 10 years is yes men... Can't win.

Its Clear that BULUT has had a bollocking off Dalman and been told that there are inward transfers coming

And it was totally taken out of context by most people on here if you allow for poor English! Said the board understood his comments it was mostly frustration with players and transfers.. as for threat to resign.. that was simply saying he cannot get anymore out of this squad And many a manager as resigned for this reason..a very typical O.T.T reaction me thinks

It took that for Dalman to pipe up. If they knew what was brewing, they could have nipped it with a quiet word.
Like a Director is supposed to do.

Effectively he’s backed them into a corner, bad English or not, they’ve had time to talk and act behind closed doors instead of jumping. Possibly an argument between Tan and Dalman with the get your mate in check, you brought him in you deal with him attitude from Tan.

Either way Bulut does need to think more before reacting, if he needs time to calm down before interviews take it and send a member of back room staff out to request extra time for him before speaking.

His frustration over the last few weeks is obvious. It's clear that he was told more would have happened in the transfer window by now than it has.

So I don't blame him one bit for saying he what he was thinking. It's even led to Dalman saying there will be transfers soon publicly, whether that's true or not - I don't know.

Also, Bulut was right. A lot needs to change for this club to be successful again.

I'm pleased he's staying. Not perfect obviously, there have been bad performances. But he is the best manager we will get under this ownership.

Spot on! Jose/Pep/Klopp all use this tactic. I'm also sick of the yes-men. If an owner can't handle a frustrated manager, who wants to improve us, then for me that is the problem that needs resolving!!

at the end of the day the guy just lost another game his hands are tied for the players he has he was just venting its his right to say whatever he wants. he has his own mind and spoke it it may also make the board work a bit harder knowing hes not one to shy away from saying what he thinks

Also disagree in this situation. Although a lot of the time this is correct, but Cardiff City has been run terribly and the fans are always in the dark.

It’s about time they have been called out for their amateur running of the club.

They may do well in the business world, but they seriously need an advisor. To them, the bad results may be the manager isn’t good enough, whereas someone with football knowledge can point out it’s the lack of talent and depth in the squad from poor investment. In result, they keep the manager and focus on making the team better.

That is just one example of what an adviser or DoF could do.

if i was in his position i would have done the same you have to lay the blame where it lies and you need to bring things to ahead sort it
he had the fans booing in his ears saturday
and perhaps wanted them to know he is frustrated as the fans are especially if he thought he would have new players in the start of january not at the end

What a liability. His constant chirping isn't motivating the current players and won't help attract any new players to the club. Out for himself and his ego.

At least we know what’s going on when he says it how it is , it keeps us in the know how otherwise every one is in the dark about shit , never know what’s going on , everyone guessing shit
