Media reports stating cardiff not willing to pay Varenga s price for Illic and their recent form and dithering in the market has made Ryan Giles think twice and Hull now in pole position

I would love to see both sign for us as would improve our team. However, if we simply can`t afford them whilst staying within the Profitability and Sustainability restrictions, then there is little choice but to look elsewhere.
As for dithering, like everyone else on this board, I have no real knowledge of what is happening in the background regarding transfer negotiations. However it is possible that the club believes it has finalised a deal then the player, his agent or his club move the goalposts and ask for more.

23 days into the Transfer window and not one signing to bolster our squad. Should be a busy 8 days for the club. :bluescarf:
