Cardiff City are set to sign Nottingham Forest goalkeeper Ethan Horvath.

It will be a permanent signing.

Horvath, 28, is a full international for the USA. He was part of the Luton team that got promoted to the Premier League last season.




This has come from the "Not The Top 20 Podcast".

They rarely post transfer rumours and they also correctly said in the summer that we would sign Jonathan Panzo from Nottingham Forest.

We need a keeper desperatly.

Good signing if true any decent team needs 2 quality goalkeepers

It as been rumoured on this forum that runnason is going back where have you been? Just because you don't think we need one doesn't mean bulut thinks we don't... get a grip he's a very good keeper we need two.... and since when do clubs sign players in order of position??

We know about the arsenal flop but in my opinion and most on here a reserve keeper has been very low down on the forum and fans list whether we need a reserve or not i was just saying probably the last position on the field at the moment where we need an urgent change .

If true we'll have 5 keepers on our books

Let's try and get Runarsson and Luthra off the wage bill and out the door

Yep, if he doesn't reach his quota of 20, Tan will have him horse whipped.

Would be a brilliant signing. We wouldn't have to worry wether he is good enough to get us promoted as he has already done that Just need a few more good signings like him in the summer and next season could be an exciting one.

Does it mattter what order they come in? Like said you and others may think it's last thing we want but if club needs a good 2nd keeper do they wait until all other positions are filled before we sign a keeper? You don't know what is happening at club regarding players so it's a bit premature to slate club for getting in a keeper especially as we expect runnason goes back.. also this is a long term signing .. so cannot be a bad thing... just don't get your rejection of club signing a player that we will need

Talking of what we desperately require, a marksman who can find the net, there's a rumour that Keiffer has gone to Ipswich.

good as a back up???? guy played 44 times for luton and they were promoted. he is more first choice for me... not underwhelming at all people need their head read for god sake
