Bit of Fun... If you Could Sign 4 Players from Previous...

..Fantasy Jan Transfer Window.

If you could sign 4 ex Cardiff City players (zero budget/financial constraints), who would it be and why?

Mine:

1. Michael Chopra

Out and out goal machine. Can score goals alone out of nothing. Never stopped running. Character. We need goals, he'd get them.

2. Jason Koumas

Someone who can get on the ball in the middle of the park and not fill their shorts with turd and pass it backwards. Runs forward, can get a goal. Again, a character in the team. I see a real reluctance of midfielders who can run with the ball. Him with a fit Ramsey could do some damage. Great cover for when Ramsey is out for the rest of the season after the Watford game.

3. Chris Burke

Top quality at this level. Rarely see him picking the ball up on half way line. Dangerous in the final third, loves to run at people. Decent end product with some goals.

4. Fabio

Simple. We're desperate for a left back.

(Shout out to Whitts. I don't think we're desperate for him right now, maybe the summer, but he gets into my best 11 of all time)

I will go for players on their current form and whether they're still playing ;

Marco Grujic

Still quite young (I think?), 6ft 3, plenty of experience and did well to control the middle when he played for us

Sory Kaba

Not an absolutley amazing striker in terms of all round play but physical and obviously able to score in the Championship
(his goal v Watford away was )

Semi Ajayi

Didnt get much game time with us but really excelled at Rotherham and then West Brom. Decent at the back


Neil Etheridge

Was a very good keeper for us. Would happily see him back

spoke to Chopra before Christmas, and i asked him how he would do in Buluts team, he said he'd struggle, he can't play a lone striker, needs a target man next to him,

Whitts - someone who can actually pass a ball
Medel - imagine him and Siopis infront of the back 4
Koumas - number 10 alternate with Rambo
Roger Johnson - 10x the play McGuinness is for me

A difficult choice but I've gone for:

Hudson - A proper leader and a great CB
Whitts - Enough said...........
Bellamy - A winner and a quality player
Chops - One of the most natural goal scorers we've had at City
