“ Cardiff City Chairman Dalman is Adamant “

The Cardiff City Board are set to press ahead with transfer plans this weekend after Vincent Tan's meeting with Mehmet Dalman.

Tan is jetting to Europe and is set to meet with Dalman tomorrow morning.


Apparently Transfers, as well as Erol Bulut's contract, is set to be on the agenda.

It is likely transfer activity won't take off properly until Sunday and the early part of next week just before the deadline on Wednesday 31st January . While it has felt like a slow transfer window Dalman is adamant Bulut will get his players he wants.

Alternative it now appears unlikely it will be as many as six. A more realistic estimate now looks to be around three, potentially four.

As far as robinson is concerned - last time he played he was subbed (if i remember correctly) and he did not like it one little bit - think he has an attitude - unfortunately for him - he is not good enough to dictate his playing time going forward.

Please please let this meeting with Tan go good for the city and let us back this manager - I am too long in the tooth to have this much stress in my life

He’s infuriating because when he first fell out with Bulut and got given a chance, he really seemed to be busting a gut and chasing down defenders from the 10 and now it’s gone out the window again

I don't think the Christmas period has quite gone to plan.

18 games left probably need another 15 points, no need to panic. We should be planning for next season. If we don't get our main targets then don't panic buy to appease the fans, Ashford, Joel Colwill and Denham are the cover, not ideal but we need to be building.

Not many would disagree with Bulut on that !!

I thought Robinson was one of our best players last season but he’s been poor this season.

More importantly, he hasn’t looked interested when he has played so maybe a move would be best for everyone.

It’s a shame but sometimes good players just don’t fit a certain manager/style.

We've been to open about our business and situation regarding transfers clubs now we’ve had an embargo and now it’s lifted so they’ve up the prices on players thinking we will pay way over the odds for them.

That’s why we trying leave transfers till last minute hoping the right priced deals can be made and January is the trickiest time to get players in.

Clubs that want £3-4 million for certain players may only get a fraction of that in the summer so is it worth going what we’ve got till then not going up or down longs?

If Bulut has his contact extended I’ll be happy. Then we got the summer in front of us to sort transfers in and out of club. I’d prefer this better than last minute panic buys for players that are not going to make a difference to our team.
