Goutas is statistically one of the best defenders in the league so it won’t be him, possibly McGuinness.
Could have a team looking like this:
Alnwick
Ng Goutas Phillips Collins
Ndiaye Siopis
Meite Ramsey Grant
Ilic

Cardiff City are set to beat Championship rivals Blackburn Rovers to the signing of Liverpool defender Nat Phillips.
The centre-back is set to join the Bluebirds on loan until the end of the season. He is travelling down to south Wales today.
He spent the first half of the 2023/24 campaign with Scottish giants Celtic but returned to Anfield after failing to get minutes under his belt at Celtic Park.

I would play McGuinness, Phillips & Goutas as three centrebacks and have Perry NG and Collins (or potentially a new player) playing more of an attacking.
So essentially a 3-4-2-1 when attacking and a 5-4-1 when defending.
Badou Ndiaye, when he signs, will be the main attacking midfielder and working with Ramsey and Tanner to get the ball in Ilic.
