Another bad day for Cardiff’s U21’s / When Will the CCFC Board get rid of Darren Purse and Chesterfield.






Darren Purse in his 3rd season in charge of the Under 21’s , after an awful 2 seasons has had and up and down season this time out.

With Darren Purse seeing the Bluebirds U18’s hammered this week ( Chesterfield Manager ) Sheffield Wednesday U18’s
Watford 5 Cardiff City 0.

Purse fielded a quite a strong U21’s team v QPR U21’s.

Another awful result.

Unbelievable how Purse is still in the job. Our young players will get worse while he’s in charge.

They where shocking in the final third they ran out of ideas over complicating things too many side passes defence wasn't up to much either crazy thinking the 21s manager was a defender. Week in week out same old rubbish there is maybe 4 players from that terrible game that looked OK today.

Is he being overlooked with everything thing else that's going on?

He’s bound to be gone end of season , too much going on with all this transfer shit for them to sort pursue job surely .

They were (see what I did there?) poor at decision making in the final third and also missed a few scoring chances. QPR were far more clinical in their finishing.

It’s very worrying that Purse is still here, shocking and unbelievable.

And Chesterfield he’s done nothing.


But they are very very cheap.

Getting beyond a joke now

The academy and u21’s cost the club a fortune but just don’t produce any players for the 1st team

Needs a complete overhaul it’s just not working at the moment and hasn’t for a decade!!

Strange how Darren Purse was such a fine defender for Cardiff City.
His coaching/man management skills appear nowhere as good.
