We have spoken before. I have said my opinion about that. The board is handling it until now. I don't know in which direction they manage it. I am of the same opinion, that we have to renew the contract.

In my opinion, he is an important captain of this team. Thirteen years he has been here. So, we cannot say, 'Ah, at the end of the season, you go.' This is my opinion. What other people think, I don't know. This is my opinion about the captain and Joe Ralls, we have to renew his contract.

What's he signing a rizzla skin. My point is like the manager said nothing has been offered about anything contract wise players and current manager yet hence why I think the above will happen and we are back to square one. So what's the plan all about the club keep saying "building" where is it.

Any decent forward looking club would have sorted Ralls contract out by now

Personally I think Joe been a great servant to the club but his injuries are starting to mount up and it wouldn’t renew his contract unless it was under some sort of pay as you play deal

More worrying for me is Bulut why hasn’t his contract been sorted?? You would think by now the board would surely have learnt by their past mistakes but no it appears we will go into yet another pre season underprepared

It’s pathetic the club lurches from one disaster to another never learning from their previous errors!!

Needs a new contract for many reasons. Is he on the decline, absolutely.. but he's one of us. A rare comoddity in this day and age.

It'll be a sad day if he leaves.

Tbf I don't think bulut would say he's not part of my plans especially with half a season to go. He may be of the opinion that he be a good 1 year deal bit part player with good professionalism etc to have round club

That’s fair comment.

I would do as I would have done with Whitts is give him a new contract and get him more and more involved with coaching side of things as his playing time shortens.
Obviously got leadership skills and a Bluebird through and through.

Nothing wrong in giving him 1yr contract if thats what happens always need for decent experience backup? Mustn't forget probably need about 8 new players come next season.

Need to keep Ralls, in most games we look shapeless when he not there, two years including going taking over academy.

For the remainder of the season i would keep but it all depends what we are looking at next season a push for promotion

hence no contract for bulut after his out burts i thunk if this sala affair is over tan will want to sell up but will be reluctent to splash out the cash for some other owner to inherit imo
that's why the delay for bulut and the uncertainty for the future.

Suppose it depends on who comes in Monty and if Joe would want to stay without game time although it seems some on our books were quite happy just to collect wages Ralls isn't one of them.
Would definitely get his attitude and professional ways into the academy though.

I'd keep him at least one more year as a squad player, rather than first team selection.
Could be useful off the bench in certain games, or occasional cover for injuries. In addition, could help with coaching.
However, captaincy should move to another.

One more year, we’re still in a transitional period so to have a head like him around who’s been the constant for 13 years will help bring confidence

What exactly can we be planning for next season? 5 loans going back 5 or 6 contracts up so how many players will we need! And Can't particularly look to sign players because of now they're not available ..... also musnt forget got new head scout nothing stopping him look at possible
Signings like other clubs do? and tbh I always find what bulut says very contradictory... this interview all he says he cannot go behond this season because that's his contract at moment and he thinks ralls should get contract nothing to say he won't get one....

I doubt Joe would be expecting a million pound a year top end championship starter contract. Easily get two more years out of him as a squad player whilst doing his badges if he wants to coach.

its not just the 1~11 thats important its 12~22 and thats what lets us down this season, when a starter is missing (Ralls) we struggle.

No i would like to bring someone on with 20 mins to go who is "better" than ralls thats what you call progress
and building a better squad no comment on sawyers.

Be good squad player! Let him go and club will need to find another player to add to the list of 9 or 10 probably need next season.... kind of player who will do a job if needed cover on bench or last 20mins holding job. Bulut wants him yet people are questioning his judgement on player choice very contrary opinions regarding Bulut

for me though he has to stay my reasons are he can be a guy who comes off the bench and gives it his all no matter what and hes our captain he knows and loves the club inside out and if he left we havent got another guy like him. but that being said it would be on a low wage contract

Do you not think we should be looking for better though as a replacement plus a lot of the time he is not available to come off the bench due to injury

Should always look for better but obviously bulut thinks ralls can do a job in some capacity next season otherwise why would he say want him to stay?

i just think hes our 7/10 player every game its hard to find players like him and i still feel he has alot to give and it most interviews the players say how much ralls helped them settle etc i just think hes worth alot just him being around and hes only 30 hes not passed it yet for me

We offer Joe Ralls a new contract. I was gutted when Whitts was allowed to leave, you should find a place for someone who gives their all for the City.

Correct we always seem to dump the loya players he needs to stay around in my opinion
