That couldn't be clearer. Bulut wants to stay and build a team. If the board are prepared to meet his ambitions to plan early for next season, they know what they have to do.

My feeling is that after the Big Mick fiasco, they'll want to hold fire for a while longer to ensure that performances and results do not suffer under Bulut. Understandable after they've had their fingers burnt more than once.
