Midfielder has been on trial at Cardiff City:

Midfielder Adeteye Gbadehan has been on trial at Cardiff City in recent weeks.

It is understood he has interest from a number of clubs within the English Football League, including Cardiff. He is said to have done well while on trial but no agreement was reached to sign him.

Cardiff scouting had heard about the midfielder and brought him to down to Cardiff for a few weeks.

Port Vale last October, had the 19-year-old midfielder Adeteye Gbadehan on trial with a due to offering him a contract , eventually they offered him a contract, but the registration of midfielder Adeteye Gbadahan has been rejected by the relevant football authorities and due to this the 19-year-old will return now return to the United States.


He had previously trialed with Brentford and Southampton but both clubs chose not to keep him on.

It says there were those sort of issues but it also says the player said he is a British citizen but it can't be both as he wouldn't need a visa if he is. who knows which is correct ?
