Bulut can't motivate this squad , his days are numbered, dropping colwil today and still insists of playing Etete is criminal ,everyone around me where I sit thinks Bulut is shit and out of his depth .
I was a advocate of his but where has all the negative tactics come from recently ,wheres the high press gone ? , not sure on current form he deserves a new contract , I would 100% get steve Cooper in if we could.

This just feels that its a project that has gone all wrong.
Thinks were going ok and look promising then bang, its all gone wrong. No one seems to know what's gone wrong but are now looking at this manager and that's exactly what people do. However much you can stick up for a guy there comes a time where even the most loyal start questioning their loyalty and that is where we are now.
Bulut is very close to that position where his place is unattainable and I feel a decision is about to be announced. A project that has not work and its back to the drawing board.

Everyone has sussed us.
We over-achieved got analyzed and the plan to beat Cardiff at home is simple. low block, keep your shape and wait for a counter as they can't score in open plays against most championship defences.
Away we sit deep and hope for the odd lucky break or a set play
So little pace to get behind teams, no target man to pin both centre halfs, lots of pretty but pointless passing

Agree I think his recent team selections are baffling .

I have always been a big supporter of his but have to say I’ve not been impressed since the turn of the year.
Gave him the benefit of the doubt for a few games but have to say he got it totally wrong today.
I worry that we will be even more defensive on Tuesday. If that happens, West Brom will easily beat us.
I think he will stay but let’s wait a bit before offering that contract.

Somebody tell me wtf is steve Cooper going to do with this squad of loans and mostly freebies get a few wins and it's all good then a few defeats and we then get the he got his tactics wrong or played the wrong player or players talk from fans. Then the vultures will turn on him and thats a FACT.
Its like conveyor belt the club is the last good few years all we get is "building for the future" talk from the club yet whoever the new manager is gets given some loans and freebies and everyone expects miracles which wont happen so then sack him so it repeats.
Nothing will change while this board we have are at the club. So unless Somebody got a cargo ship full of money we just ride the same shit out tbh.
That's the harsh reality of it

Do you really think Cooper would want the job? And would tan out his hand In his pocket to change virtually the full side ? We can't keep sacking managers he's the best we will get nobody with quality as a manager would work with this board

7 points off a play off space and a game in hand. Hmmm. I’d see it’s an improvement from this time last year. Same improvement on next 6 months we looking pretty good.
Let’s not start getting hysterical quite yet. Things have been great I agree with that but we still only 7points off. I’m sure we’ll improve over a next 6 or 7 games.

Come on Kylie you know that’s not true. If they are happy with their personal terms they would work for them, don’t be so naive to think a manager who has no history with us would be in it for anything but the best for them. And that’s no bad thing it’s life most people would change jobs if they got a better deal.

He has to be given time in this job.We just cant keep changing managers all the time.
He obviously wanted better in the window. He vented his frustration openly about that. The club isnt an easy job with the current circus above him .He's been given next to nothing really and its been the same here for years .What do you realistically expect. Think Tan is waiting for some reimbursement from nantes and he will sell us .He lost interest soon as we went back to blue and under his rule the club has made many mistakes so success on the pitch is so difficult. Anyone in the job would struggle bulut just needs to find a formula to win games and change it up hopefully he does because who the hell as a good manager will want the job here if he is sacked .

Well it Is true just point out the managers we have had in the last 10 years and tell me any or them are of high quality? Warnock being the better of the lot ! And my name is Kyle not Kylie so no need to start being smart with your responses because you don't agree with what I have put !

Wow relax. I could say don’t get upset because I don’t agree with you. The board full of different opinions. Kylie was my phone taking over didn’t even realise till you pointed out.
I won’t say no more on the topic or anything else you post that is different from my viewpoint. through fear of upsetting you. My apologies on the name front and expressing an opinion.
But as I do agree with you I shall post this. Your right cooper wouldn’t want the job I would imaging.

He’s victim of his own early success, he built a team with free transfers and loans, got them to pick up points and we are currently 7 points off the playoffs!? Yet fans want to say or even hint that his time is up, as if we have a given right to be higher up the table. Don’t forget where we were last season.
I agree some decisions are baffling, and Etete starting is criminal to me, he’s lazy and shows no effort, and I hope this changes asap! It’s decisions like this that make fans question bulut, especially during the current poor home form. But don’t forget we beat Watford away last weekend, with many probably predicting a draw at best.
Given our circumstances, where we’ve come from last season, and what the alternative could be, the season as a whole overrides current form/player selections when it comes to buluts position, and it shouldn’t even be questioned right now. Be careful what you wish for because with the clubs track record of managerial selections we know we’ll end up with another slade/Morrison.
Back the man!

If I could see where we are going and it takes time then fair enough I would back Bulut .
We look like a team of players who don’t know what they are doing .

My thoughts exactly. Not a single goal in 4 out of the 5 home games we've played since we beat Millwall in early December. Bulut just doesn't have a clue how to set up the team when playing at home. I was all for supporting him but he doesn't seem to know what he's doing and as I've said in another thread, there are enough talented players at the club to make us far more competitive and watchable than we are.
