.......Bulut is the right man to take us forward?
If so, could you please explain what you've seen in our performances, his tactics, his team selections, his substitutions, his approach thal leads you to that conclusion?
Which players have clearly improved as a result of his coaching?
I'm genuinely interested in what people have seen from him that warrants him being given a contract beyond the end of this season

I am in the we can't keep on changing proper managers and not panic at the first sign of troubles, but this is testing me.
If he can't adapt from his preferred set up then maybe this league isn't for him.
We need a Dof more than anything though, as I wouldn't trust the club to get a decent replacement.
No way Coopers comes here

Said from the start of the season that he'd struggle in the Championship.
I'm still not convinced, and I don't expect him to be around next season. If he is then I'm staying away. Today was just unacceptable and his post match press conference again shows he is lacking a brain cell for this division.

We will end up with Purse or Chesterfield in charge.

I’ve been a massive advocate of Bulut but tactically he is inept. Hasn’t got an effective plan A, hasn’t got a plan B whatsoever.
Warnock would get more out of this team 100%, wouldn’t be sad if he left at the end of the season.
BUT, and there’s a Kim Kardashian sized but…..the root cause of iour problems is lack of investment and lack of direction from the top. Until that is sorted we will continue to be a mid table team that flirts with relegation

What was interesting we started game off like all the others recently a very slow holding game? Made subs halftime Rambo in particularly changed the way we played immediately we started pushed forward and passes went forward not sideways and backwards.... did bulut over react to losing Rambo and o'dowda and changed our style because he didnt have foward thinking players left but more holding ones like ralls siopas? Obviously we don't appear to have forward who can play the hold up game and that as made situation worse.?

Allan, I think we got away with losing O'Dowda, barely got away without Rambo & O'Dowda but can't do without O'Dowda, Rambo & Ralls
In a squad so devoid of genuine championship quality we are only left with NG, Goutas and a totally out-of-form Robinson. Yesterday Siopis got overpowered with a ref who was consistent but let a lot go.
Something is not right, but Bulut has so few weapons but he is not maximizing what he does have

That's why question whether bulut over reacted to losing those players in quick succession and hes thinking because don't have forward thinking players should I use the strengths of what's left?
Which is holding midfielders but what we don't have is a forward that holds play up and to me that's why it failed ..... now got them back its time to push to up front Rambo as no10 floating midfielder and 2 holding ones ? Having Rambo at no10 will scare opposition so hopefully curtail their attacking ideas.

I don’t believe Bulut is the answer, but I don’t believe the board will get better than Bulut.

What happens when you get a bunch of loans in.. you don’t get a team. Bulut needs time and fans need patience.

And therein lies the problem that will always be the case whilst the current regime remains in charge.

I agree,It ain't easy to swallow but I think he's only started to revamp the squad. People that need a quick fix should try meth.

I'm still in the "Its not a good idea to keep sacking managers" camp, however even I'm getting a bit annoyed and frustrated and the lack of plan b or flexibility shown by Bulut.
One question to ask though, is weather he plays this way due to lack of confidence in the players he inherited?

Certainly looks as if lost faith after o'dowda Rambo injuries since they've been out we've lost ability to counter attack ... funny enough after Rambo came on we reverted to forward thinking when playing ball so there's hope yet he'll change things.
