Cardiff changed tack at The Hawthorns from recent weeks. They went with five at the back with Yakou Meite and Famara Diedhiou up front, with an emphasis placed on getting more crosses into the box.
Despite drawing another blank, Bulut said he was happy with the altered shape of his team.
