We reap what we sow. None of these managers lasted a season if I remember rightly. We need stability which is why bulut needs to stay

“ The Cardiff City Transfer Committee / The Regime “
“ Tan / Dalman & Choo “
Brought them in because they were all Cheap & yes men.

I posted about win percentages the other day and it's shocking see
In the early 00s and even late 90s all the way through to the end of Malkys time, all of the managers had a 40% win rate or above.

That's true, just imagine what Lamouchi and Bulut could do with the squad Harris had

At some point we have to take some pain for longterm gain.
Bulut is not perfect but he is of a level that we would struggle to improve upon.
Give him another 18 month contract and hopefully, FFP permitting, back him in the summer and let’s see where that gets us.
For this season, get us safe, give Ashford and Joel Colwill a run of games and start planning for next season.

Remember what Dalman said at the start of January: “ Bulut is a big part of our plans”.
We’ll find out if that’s true or if we have any plans very soon. But it could be just more Dalman lies.
We do need stability which is why I am still backing Bulut.
But we can’t carry on playing like we are if he is to stay, things have got to change.

An interesting stat I read in the week on the Woke Board was that our home win percentage for the last four seasons compared to all teams across the four divisions is one of the very lowest at 32%.
