Miles travelled throughout a season

Just booked my train tickets for Blackburn and Stoke next week. 160 mile round trip as usual for each.

Be interested to hear people’s estimated distance travelled over a season?

I know mine is well over 2k miles before I even consider working out away games.

Worse for me is can only travel by train as not able to drive, so also have to pay for a hotel for midweek games like Blackburn next week.


Also huge respect for those travelling from South Wales to Norwich this weekend. I did it a few times from here and it’s a long journey.

I would love to use train but last effort on Saturday they cancelled train home previous game someone jumped in front train prior to that cancellations all the time so its mostly car and 2/12 hrs + journey. .. so if people think watching boring footy is bad spare a thought for the exiles ..

I'm going to go out on a limb here & say that Anis has you all beat, I could be wrong.

1.6 miles for a home game, so about 37 miles a season. Haven’t been away for 10 years.

300 mile round trip for every home match.
Plymuff away a few weeks ago was a 10 minute walk.
Usually stay in Cardiff for the weekend for home matches.
