Newport’s Will Evans is the first Welsh player to reach 20 league goals in a season across England’s top four divisions since 2020/21, when Paul Mullin scored 32 for Cambridge and Kieffer Moore netted 20 for Cardiff.

Is Mullin Welsh? He’s eligible for Wales but has never played for them and was born in England
