“ West Brom v Coventry “

West Brom v Coventry is the Friday night game on Sky.

West Brom are 5th and Coventry are 9th.


It’s crazy really. We played Coventry a few days after the Swansea game.

They were awful and we won.


But now they’re 9th and are seven points ahead of us.

I will watch carefully and see what the difference is between these two teams and us.

Both teams have strikers we dont.

I agree. It always comes down to this. We are so narrow minded. A striker or two of substance ALWAYS makes the difference and we will struggle unless the hierarchy buy quality. Strikers equal goals equals success equals excitement equals bigger crowds equals bigger revenue - it’s not rocket science.

How many times does it have to be said quality strikers make the difference but the board and plenty on here keep saying we are not paying silly money for a striker
And then we watch other clubs who will pay silly money sign strikers and move on usually up the table
Rocket science it is not.
