Erol Bulut Interesting

Wed May 01, 2024 7:41 am

Discussions are expected to be concluded one way or the other this week.

They are likely to revolve around what backing Bulut will receive in the transfer market this summer as well as possible off-the-field changes.

This should have been sorted months ago

I’m convinced he’s going to walk and we will be back to square one yet again

I seems the board (VT) were waiting to see where we would end up, but they knew ages ago we would end up around mid table, so it should have been sorted then.
We will know soon enough if Bulut stays, that it is more or less been agreed he is getting most of what he wants, happy days.If he goes then we will spend another season nearer the bottom than the top whoefull days ahead.
A new manager coming in no money too spend, loads of managers would love to come to us but would they do any better than Bulut, I personally do not think so :banghead:

Roger was thinking same there was no need to wait about contract he did enough long ago... tan wasn't waiting for relegation or playoffs so what else was he waiting for?? Always say no shortage of decent/good managers would come to City but not at any price..... having dalman happarently man behind bulut hopefully same if require new coach.

We didn;t know where we'd end up though

Pre-Christmas the talk was maybe playoffs then there was a moment when we stopped looking up and started looking down.

Dalman said Bulut is expensive, Ramsey is expensive, some of our higher earners are out on loan or not even playing, all admittedly hardly anything to do with Bulut, but of course, Tan was going to wait after jumping in on Mad Mick.

He will stay but i said that about Lamouchi as well
