Have you considered there may be more to this than meets the eye?

I'm not claiming to be ITK but this total silence across the club at the end of a season is unusual even by our standards with so much to sort out, i.e. management, retained lists, forward planning, etc.

It could be Bulut who is stalling also.

Bulut has almost certainly turned down the first contract offer and possibly they are still trying to come to a different agreement

That makes sense, as we know an offer was made and the differences between the sides were 'bridgeable'; but a week is a long time in the life of a Bluebird and 'something' is being prepped for announcement on this or another topic, if the rumbling drums are being heard right...
