That's good news.

Feel there is more to come from this guy, wouldn't be too quick to dismiss him as he's had 2 good loans this season...and more importantly he's got a great mentality.

U could say he's already 21 so he should have made it by now but he's not got an awful lot of experience behind him so still needs time for me.

I'd much prefer us invest in this King that buy another has been like Sawyers just because he's a name!

Agree with your last 2 lines but we must remember that his two loans have been at (imo) a much lower level.

We need to see him in pre season and if he is at the level where he can add to the squad in the championship.

I like King but I'm not quite sure if he's good enough, as already said on this topic, his loans have been at worse levels

People said the same about Tanner, myself included - hopefully this is another player that comes back to haunt my comment.

Wouldn’t surprise me in the slightest if he came back and held his own in the first team.

Last two pre-seasons he’s done extremely well with us, and his loans this season and last season have been exceptional (albeit at a lower level)

The only time i have seen Eli King for any length of time was at Liverpool in the FA cup, and i thought he acquitted himself very well, he really impressed me that day.

He was substituted today after 33 mins, the injury looked like a hamstring pull, not confirmed yet though.
