Not getting permanent job at Burnley, will stay on as assistant if it works out with New Manager.

Would 100% NEVER work for Vincent Tan again.

He’s back in Santa Ponsa and one day if Cardiff get a New Owner he would love to be manager of Cardiff City.

Such a huge shame it didn't work out for him in the academy, it should have been a natural progression up to manager or head coach but it's another massive cock up by the regime to add to the pile. They really have screwed our club up :banghead:

What I find really strange in all this is that, throughout his business life, VT has appointed experts in different areas and those appointments have made him rich.

Why doesn't he do the same in football?

He might not like certain people, maybe thats just a cultural misunderstanding, but if they would make him rich then surely they are worth appointing

I don’t blame Bellers. I really do hope one day he will return as our manager. I think he would be a huge huge success.

I thought he had alway maintained heat he had no interest in being a manager, just an assistant.

I've always said this, if it's a business you know nothing about, you employ the experts to consult with you and run it for you?.

Have I missed something or are people ignoring that Bellamy’s ambitions are limited to being just an assistant manager?
Perhaps one day he’ll be an assistant manager for us but it doesn’t seem as if he’d ever want to be the manager regardless of who owns the club.

Agree with this.

He has said repeatedly he can only work 3-4 days a week due to his own well-being. Unless that’s changed in the last few months, he can’t be a manager.

Yes, it's not his bag, he is in the right job an excellent coach and assistant Manager and he could do a bit more punditry as he is very good.

He committed himself without doing his due diligence.

If he had brought in an expert in the beginning he would have been advised not to invest because he would lose money of which he has. It was one of the red flags I saw from the start. It was obvious he was in it for the money but it was the wrong business for that.

The Glazers and Huw Jenkins made a lot of money.

I so admire him for looking after himself and his well-being rather than committing to the obvious pressure of being a number one.Look after your self Craig.Top man.

I would love Craig as our manager.

He has a lot of sense not wanting to work for the hapless red dictator though.

I think he has a lot of qualities to be a success in a hot seat.

Choosing well in prioritising his family and wellbeing over this cut throat sport

I miss him on the pitch more than anything :ayatollah:

Not seen much in the way of detail about what happened with Bellamy. He was accused of bullying and apologised right? Was it reviewed independently or did he just get hushed away by the club?

Not sure about all his businesses but wasn’t he “given” the macdonalds franchise in Malaysia? Like a licence to print money, same with the Starbucks one. Is this how he got his wealth? He with listen to anyone by all accounts…..

Interesting theory, what do you mean by "given"?
