A fascinating watch and you just know he's going to put everything into his time as Wales manager. BUT you have to wonder how his mental health will stand up to the pressures, especially if the Wales team are performing poorly and not getting results. I hope for his sake he's doing the right thing by taking the job.

That has always been my concern with him taking this job.

The good thing is it’s not as intense as being a club manager, where he’d have to work 365 days a year. He can do this job and still have plenty of time off.
