He's easily there best player and would be a brilliant signing. Perhaps a loan in payment for the 3 players we loaned them last season.

How would it work for a transfer payment?
Tan could easily sanction a £1million move (for example) and then just pocket the £1million at the other end?
(Not saying he's worth £1million)

It would have to be a fair deal or FIFA would block it. Even then, they could block it.
Man Utd were blocked from signing a player from Nice (also owned by INEOS) by FIFA the other day.

Thats because they are playing in the same UEFA competition this coming season I believe
Man City have bought people from Girona in the past, it's allowed if it's not going to be the same competition

Why would he pocket it ? Hasn't he just last week thrown 10 million Euros at the club?

I'm not saying he would
I'm just saying what's stopping him or any other owner of multiple clubs putting a "bid" in for a player and then just taking their own money back the other end

Can't sign a player without appropriate paper work or accounts.... can't just sign player and have no paper trail even if your the owner....
