Looks like he is on his way out of Rangers. Trabzonspor are interested but they are almost a £1m away from price tag.

Tav has been a good servant at Rangers but there’s a reason they want to sell him, he was always better going forward than defending and as he’s getting older he’s lost a bit of pace. Time to cash in rather than letting him run his contract down.
Cardiff should be bringing in/bringing through younger players. That can be improved then sold on. The Ajax model is the way to go
