I also read that. But the only people saying that is a Twitter account with about 100 followers so probably not true.

Best ignore then. Worrying it’s not done yet though.

That doesn’t say he’s not joining us.

All it says is that he’s part of a three man shortlist for us, which has been common knowledge for the last week.

No real news there.

He only met Bulut on Saturday so wouldn’t have expected it to be done by now.

Hopefully see some movement on this by the end of the week.

Having read the article it seems that Pompey are only optimistic as they’re guessing that he’s not our number one midfielder target. Basically, if we get our number one, they may then get Robinson. Win win situation for us.

If he joins us he could be a Premier League player next season. If he joins Pompey he could be back in Division 1

Quite obvious I mean the end of this week, that’s what people in general mean when they say the end of the week.

What are you on about??

I have never claimed to know anything about the transfer, all I have done is posted reports.

So I haven’t been saying anything for three weeks, it’s been the media.

I feel the only way we miss out on this player is if we can’t guarantee regular game time, something Pompey can.

Ned there seems to be a concerted effort to deride anyone who puts out info about a sighning? People need to take it as just information as to who we are interested in as no sighning is done until official photo is put out there.

I reckon that would only come into it if it was a loan and it seems from reports that it’s a permanent deal.

Yeah true depends on/if Pompey offer the same deal?

Good point. Who knows what offers clubs make when dealing with players and their agents

And vice versa.

Pompey, Derby and Oxford will surprise this year when they come up I think.

Pompey remind me a bit of Ipswich and I’m sure we didn’t expect them to go straight up again.

Actually, most expected Ipswich to do well. They were 4th favourites to go up if I remember right.

Oxford will do better than people are saying but not convinced about Portsmouth, see them struggling.

I must admit I didn’t see the bookies odds last year so can’t comment but I don’t remember people thinking it of them.

I live in Oxfordshire now so watch Oxford and Portsmouth were very impressive and similar to Ipswich. They have signed Josh Murphy too and the Murphy who finished the season at Oxford is a higher level championship player.

We shall see.

Hoping so re Oxford. They have made a few signings. I’ve got a season ticket.
