He’s got the ability but just not consistent enough. Wide players blow hot and cold but one decent game in ten is not good enough at this level.

If he’s coming on the cheap as a backup that’s fine but anything more and I’d be disappointed.

Very talented player who can be a match-winner, but also very one dimensional constantly cutting in on his left foot. He would do better in front of an overlapping right back, which Ng is never going to be.
