He only had about 20 mins.
But, the 20 mins I seen he looked lazy asf.

Hopefully I’m wrong, but didn’t look arsed to me.

Didn’t get much time.

He’s only been at the club less than a week anyway so will take a bit of time for him to get used to us. Would expect he’ll be on the bench against Sunderland, with Robinson starting.

I don’t think he can be judged yet , give him a month or 2 , I think he was a bit nervy

Made a few nice runs in behind but didn’t get picked out. Early days

Looked lethargic and overweight. Not a great first impression. Spent too much time spectating rather than pressing. Too early to be definitive of course but not a good look :ayatollah:

Really difficult to judge.
I said to my mate before he came on that he’d take a while to adjust and make the right runs etc.
in his 20 mins on the pitch he challenged for 1 ball in the air, made 2-3 runs behind the defence without receiving the pass, he closed down defenders 1-2 times. Made one run that was offside from an Ashford pass - hard to see whether it was him too hasty in his run or Ashford too slow with the pass. Another run he had took him to the byline and he cut in but was tackled.
Didn’t expect much more tbh but he didn’t appear lazy, making a few runs to receive the ball, and we have to remember as I said at the start, he’ll take a while to adjust.
We had a good workout today but he (and the rest of the team) weren’t anywhere near top gear which augurs well for Saturday.
I’d be surprised if we don’t start with the 11 that started today (Kanga will no doubt come on when Meite runs out of petrol around the 60 minute mark.

Sorry Rog. I thought you meant Robertson, the midfielder were hopefully about to sign. Yes I agree, Robinson to start for me too.
