We tried to strengthen the team. Until the transfer market finished, we try to get quality in for Cardiff City. Two or three players, there can be.

When the market gets closer to the end it’s not easy, it gets tighter, fewer players on the market. We are focusing on players, we are negotiating. We also have players who get offers, let’s see what we can do.

You must be on a wind up.

Ng has been our most consistent performer for a while. He is a brilliant right back. Also has a good ability at winding up opposition players.

You don’t need pace to be a good full back - look at the likes of Gary Neville and Ben White.

Secondly, El Ghazi can play as a striker but it’s not his first position. Why sign a player like that and not use him in his best position?

Thirdly, forget about McKenna. Going to Las Palmas, they’re giving him a good contract.



Agree we need to sign a striker and we will now that Davies is injured.

McAteer would be a good addition to provide competition.

I also think we will look for a CB and LB.

Four new signings I can see then. I know Bulut said 2/3 but four is what I expect.

It will be 4 possibly 5 if all goes well.

The EFL has confirmed the opening and closing dates for the 2024/25 summer and winter transfer windows. The summer transfer window will open from 14 June 2024 and close on Friday 30 August 2024 at 11pm. The winter transfer window will open on 1 January 2025 and close on Monday 3 February 2025 at 11pm.
