Help anyone.

I’ve got virgin media. Last year if I pressed the red button on the remote no options would come up for other matches. Someone very helpfully said to press the info button on the remote and the list of matches would come up. Which it did. Now that we have Sky plus this does not happen. Can anyone help and tell me what to do? Thank you

What box you have? Only works with certain boxes virgin 360 box. They should be in touch by now to offer you an upgrade.

It is a TiVo box or 360. Not sure.

On Sky + channel all games are on red button if use sky presumably there's similar for virgin?

Afraid not Pembroke. But thanks for your reply. I read there might be a need for an upgraded box but surely that can’t be right otherwise Virgin would need to supply thousands. Any virgin media people out there who can help? Please?

A 360 should work. TiVo won’t be able to get it will need to upgrade. Which is free.

If you press your home button on your remote go to apps. And the first one top left should say upgrade. Follow the steps from there.

Not now Wez. I agree you did. It does seem you have to upgrade but only if you renew your contract and they send you a new remote. Seems utterly ridiculous and yet another way of making life difficult and making more money somehow. But like Pembroke I appreciate your reply. Fingers crossed for 3 points tomorrow

You can upgrade WITHOUT a new contract. It is a one off £49.95 payment for the new box.

It's also self install so turns up in the post and change it yourself.
