The Hierarchy are pushing his sake through the media and if they get say £4mill then they will be well in credit.

As it stands, hope not. That defensive cover is looking very weak.

One injury and we could say goodbye to play-off hope.

If he goes, then we need two CBs in before the window.

He's injured?

Still carrying a slight injury.
Bulut will not use any player carrying the slightest problem.
Any of our players can be bought especially with a stupid bid!!
Expect it to continue until the window closes

We needed him today. Balls into the box with Macca up against arguably the smallest central defender in the championship and that game was there for the taking.

Why did Bulut not pin point this more???

I really hope not we missed him today he’d have got his noggin on the ball in for the first goal

He's our best defender and we missed him today.

He's young and will get better and better and he's a future captain.

I thought Chambers did well today and looked comfortable. I look at him and Goutas as a pair and I know early but I think we're weaker against crosses.

Simple question to everyone would you want to go into Swansea away with that pair or with McGuiness.

I know my answer!!

I'd like to see Chambers and MM I think they would really balance each others weaknesses

Definitely with MM.

Goutas was poor today and even I was thinking McGuinness would have done better.

I had Goutas being at fault for the first today.

Hopefully it's just a case of them not being on the same page early on in the partnership.

I wouldn't be against MM and Chambers against the Jacks

Time will tell but Chambers doesn't like the physical side of the game early days but I don't rate him at all pretty boy like Jack Simpson :bluebird:

Wasn't in the squad today as apparently Sunderland have put an offer in for him.

I understand there’s a £5m bid in for him. Which we’ve declined.

Where has this come from dazza?

It wouldn't surprise me.

They are building a very young team and he fits that, on top of being one of the best young cbs at this level

Chamber's looked good today but he played right centre half pushing Goutas out to left , while O 'Dowda is a winger playing full back. We looked very vulnerable to crosses into the box
